Units #1; #2; and #3 were stopped on Interstate 76 (Ohio Turnpike) westbound. Unit #4 was traveling westbound on Interstate 76 (Ohio Turnpike); failed to stop and struck Unit #2 in the rear-end. Unit #2 was pushed forward and struck Unit #1 in the rear-end. Unit #4 slid into the right lane and struck Unit #3.
