Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was traveling west on Superior Avenue and attempted to turn left into a private drive; Unit #1 went off the right side of the road; striking a curb and steel fence. Unit # 1 struck another section of fencing along with two pedestrians as he went into a parking lot. Unit # 1 then struck a parked vehicle. One of the pedestrians sustained fatal injuries.
