Additional Narrative

Unit 2 was traveling east on SR 172. Unit 1 was facing east in the center turn lane of SR 172 waiting to turn left into a business. Unit 3 was traveling west on SR 172. Unit 3 veered into the center turn lane striking Unit 1 head on. Unit 3 then veered off of Unit 1 striking Unit 2 head on before coming to rest in the eastbound lanes. 08/17/22: Supplement - See Notes on OH-2.
