Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was stopped at the eastside stop sign and began to turn left. Unit 2 was traveling northbound on US-68. Unit 1 pulled out in front of Unit 2; causing Unit 1 to spin and face the opposite direction in final rest. Unit 2 came to final rest facing the westbound lane of W. Jackson Rd. Supplemented info: 8/4/2022 Updated injury for Unit 2. Crash severity was changed to fatal.
