Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was southbound on County Road 94A and Unit 2 was northbound on County Road 94A. Unit 1 attempted to pass a southbound cyclist on a hillcrest and struck Unit 2 in the northbound lane. After impact; both units traveled off the south side of the roadway.
