Unit 1 was northbound on US 42. Unit 3 was parked on the right shoulder of northbound US 42. Unit 2 (Pedestrian) was standing outside of Unit 3 and was struck by Unit 1. After the collision with Unit 1; Unit 2 came into contact with Unit 3. Unit 1 fled the scene.
