Unit#1 was westbound on Eldean Road when it came to a stop at the intersection of Eldean Road and Washington Road. Unit #2 was southbound on Washington Road. Unit #1 pulled into the intersection and was struck by Unit #2. Unit #1 traveled off the west side of Washington Road and struck a utility pole guy wire.
