Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was southbound on Middle Urbana Road. Unit 2 was westbound on State Route 334. Unit 1 failed to stop for a red light; striking Unit 2 in the intersection. Both units went off the roadway to the southwest and came to final rest. Unit 1 caught on fire as a result of the crash. **Supplemented on March 28; 2022 to update status of unit 2 driver and identity of unit 1 passenger.***Supplemented on March 30; 2022 to add two witnesses.
