Unit # 1 was northbound on IR 71. Unit # 2 was entering the roadway from the right berm onto IR 71 northbound. Unit # 2 improperly changed lanes in front of Unit # 1. Unit # 1 swerved to avoid striking the rear of Unit # 2; ran off the right side of the roadway; overturned multiple times; and came to final rest off the right side of the roadway.
