Additional Narrative

Both Units were traveling westbound on IR 70. Unit 1 left his lane of travel and struck Unit 2 in the rear. Unit 1 went off the left side of the road before coming to rest. The commercial vehicle inspection was supplemented into the report on March 18; 2022.
