Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was northbound on SR 19. Unit #2 was southbound on SR 19. Unit #1 failed to control his vehicle; started to slide sideways; crossed the center line; and slid into the southbound lane. Unit #1 was sideways in the southbound lane and struck Unit #2. Unit #1 then came to rest in a ditch off the west side of the roadway.
