Unit 1 was eastbound on IR 76 traveling northbound near mile post 19. Unit 1 went off the right side of the roadway; bringing the vehicle back onto the roadway before leaving the right side of the roadway a second time. Unit 1 struck the guard rail face going off completely off the right side of the roadway. Unit 1 went into a sideway's slide and began to roll. Unit 1 struck a bridge pier before coming to final rest upside down. The driver of Unit 1 was pronounced deceased on scene.
