Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling northbound on Victory Parkway; approaching a left bound curve in the intersection of Sherman Avenue. As Unit 1 proceeded into the curve; the driver lost control of the vehicle; due to excessive speed.This is evident by heavy damage induced to the right front portion of the vehicle; after striking a utility pole; on the right side of the roadway.  As a result of the collision; the elderly driver of Unit 1; who was utilizing her safety restraints; sustained fatal injuries.The two other occupants sustained non life threatening injuries and were treated and released at U.C.E.R.
