This accident, involving 2 vehicles occurred on Friday, December 9th 2022 at approximately 11:00 pm. The driver of silver Pontiac (2006) failure to yield. Injuries were reported. An officer from TOLEDO Police Department was present at the scene and recorded the information contained in this report.

Unit1 was traveling inbound; East; on Miami Street as it approached the on ramp to I-75 North. Once Unit1 got to the intersection; Unit2 made a left turn in front of the path of travel of Unit1. As a result Unit1 struck Unit2 on the passenger front wheel area. The driver of Unit1; Quantrell Thomas; and the back seat passenger; Xavier Thompson; were treated on scene by TFD for minor injuries. The front seat passenger; Harley Conley; was transported via TFD Life Squad to St Vincent Hospital. Conley was pronounced deceased by Hospital staff at 0011 hours on 12/10/2022. The driver of Unit2; Ruban Parraz; was treated on scene by TFD for minor injuries. Ruban Parraz would later be taken to the Hospital by Unit 410 of TPD for further medical attention. Both passengers; Victoria Parraz and Marcellina Ruiz; were taken to St Vincent Hospital by TFD with non life threatening injures. All parties but Ruban Parraz were off scene upon this Officer's arrival.
