Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling north on Layhigh Rd; approaching the left hand curve at address 3880 Layhigh Rd. Unit 1 failed to maintain reasonable control; drove off the road to the right; struck a traffic sign post; entered the ditch line and struck a tree; coming to final rest after striking the tree. Total disabling damage to the vehicle. Operator deceased upon arrival to scene. Butler County START team investigating; report 2022-11-0371.
