Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was northbound on S. Arlington St approaching E Archwood Ave. Unit #1 lost control; going off the northwest corner of the intersection. Unit #1 struck a concrete sign; coming to rest leaning against the base. The driver of Unit #1 was transported to Summa Hospital with life threatening injuries. On December 4; 2022 at 14:27 Hrs; the driver of Unit #1 passed away from her injuries.
