Additional Narrative

Unit#1 was driving North on State Route 317 at a high rate of speed.  Unit#1 drove off the right side of the road into the grass ; and struck a metal road sign. Unit#1 continued through the grassy area of the roadside and  struck a utility pole and  knocked it over onto the ground.  Unit#1 then went into a culvert and struck a tree where it came to rest. The Motorist of Unit#1 was pronounced deceased at the scene by Madison Township Engine #181 at 2032 hours   The Utility Pole belongs to AEP Address 1 Riverside Plaza.; Columbus; Ohio 43215.
