Additional Narrative

Driver of unit #2 stated she was traveling westbound on Refugee Rd in the right lane east of Tennyson Blvd. Driver of unit #2 stated there was a vehicle in front of her so she changed lanes into the left lane. Driver of unit #2 stated unit #1 suddenly darted from the north side of Refugee Rd into the roadway and she struck him just east of the intersection. Witness #1 stated she was traveling westbound on Refugee Rd in the right lane east of Tennyson Blvd. Witness #1 stated she observed a vehicle traveling behind her at a high rate of speed (unit #2) and change lanes into the left lane. Witness #1 stated she was not sure when unit #1 came from but unit #2 struck unit #1. Unit #1 was pronounced at scene by Madison Township Medic 183 at 8:21. Accident Investigation Unit were contacted and responded to scene.
