Unit # 2 north on Mill Road when he collided into what he though was a deer. Unit # 1 appeared to be crossing from east side of Mill Road to the west side. Unit # 1 was in the north bound lane nearing the double yellow line when the collision occurred. Impact caused unit # 1 to go airborne across Mill Road and come to final rest off of the west side of the roadway. Unit # 2 continued north and turned around to come back to the crash then realizing he did not hit a deer but a pedestrian.
