Additional Narrative

Unit # 1 east on Cross County Highway per witnesses at a high rate of speed passing vehicles on the left. Unit # 1 went off of the roadway in the grass median. Unit 1 continued off of the road and collided into a post. The post is a part of the wired guard rail system. When unit # 1 hit the post driver was ejected going over the wired guard rail. Driver landed in the median on the westbound side of the highway. Unit # 1 driverless slide east going off of the highway down and embankment towards Caldwell Drive.
