Unit 1 and Unit 2 were traveling West bound on East Broad St. Unit 1 failed to control and struck Unit 2. Both Units ran off road right. Unit 1 then struck a yard sign and then struck a tree at 7334 East Broad St. Driver of Unit 1 was pronounced deceased at the scene by Columbus Fire Medic 16 at 1201 hrs.
