This accident occurred on Sunday, October 9th 2022 at approximately 2:22 pm. Injuries were reported. An officer from Grove City Police Department was present at the scene and recorded the information contained in this report.

Unit 1 was traveling on SR 104 southbound south of Hibbs Road. Unit 2 was traveling on SR 104 northbound south of Hibbs Road. Unit 3 was traveling on SR 104 northbound south of Hibbs Road. Unit 1 traveled off road right then re-entered the roadway; overcorrecting and going left of center. Unit 1 then struck Unit 2 causing Unit 2 to spin left of center and go off road left. Unit 1 then struck Unit 3.   The driver of Unit #1 succumb from his injuries at the scene. He was pronounced by Jackson Medic Lieutenant Carper at 2:29pm.  The following individuals were taken to local hospitals by Jackson Township medics in stable conditions. The Driver of Unit #2 was taken to Grove City Methodist Hospital; The driver of unit #3 was taken to Grant Hospital while the passenger was taken to Children's Hospital.
