Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling northbound on County Route 21; Northridge Rd. Unit 1 went off the right side of the roadway; into the ditch; struck a culvert; overturned and rolled down an embankment. Unit 1 came to rest on it's side with the driver trapped. EMS arrived on scene; extracted the driver and transported him to Mt. Carmel East with life-threatening injuries. The driver of Unit 1 was pronounced deceased at 0206 at Mt. Carmel East hospital. Nothing further at this time. SEE ATTACHMENTS
