Unit 1 was traveling west on Hamilton Rd. when they failed to control the vehicle; running off the roadway to the right. Unit 1 driver became separated from the unit and then struck a guardrail. Unit 1 then continued off the road to the right; coming to a rest in a ditch. Unit 1 pronounced deceased on scene by Madison Township Medic 181 at 2155 hrs.
