Unit 1 was traveling west on SR-126 near 3888 Cincinnati Brookville Road when Unit 1 locked up his brakes; ran off the road to the right; over turning; and came to rest in a ditch off the right side of the roadway. Unit 1 sustained disabling damage. Unit 1 driver was transported to UC Cincinnati via Aircare. Unit 2 passenger was pronounced deceased; with fatal head injuries; at Ross Twp. FD Station 101 by the UC Cincinnati Aircare Doctor on scene. Butler County START responded to the scene and took report.
