Unit #1 was traveling east bound on Mexico Avenue and drove off the right side of the road. Unit#1 struck a fire hydrant then skidded east bound across a yard; and Bashaw Road. Unit#1 then struck a tree in front of 5632 Bashaw Drive. The driver of Unit#1 was transported by Westerville Medic#111 to Mount Carmel East Columbus in Serious Condition. The passenger / occupant of Unit#1 was transported by Westerville Medic#112 to Mount Carmel St. Ann's; and was pronounced deceased at 23:08pm by Doctor Telemate Sokari.
