Additional Narrative

Unit 2 was disabled on IR90 East in the number 2 lane from a prior MVA (22-91167) just east of mile marker 184.2. Unit 3 was standing outside of unit 2 on IR90 East between the number 1 and number 2 lane. Unit 3 was traveling eastbound on IR90 and rear-ended unit 2 causing unit 2 to strike unit 3. Unit 1 proceeded into lane 1 striking unit 3. Unit 3 sustained fatal injuries. **Currently under investigation***
