Unit #1 was traveling West on Taylorsville Road approaching the intersection with Wildcat Road. Unit #1 left the roadway to the right traveling across grass in front of 4887 and 4879 Taylorsville Road. Unit #1 then struck a tree in front on of 4871 Taylorsville Road. Unit 1 then impacted the front of the residence at 4871 Taylorsville Road causing structural damage; before coming to final rest. The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene.
