Description

Additional Narrative

Unit#1 was traveling  south on IR-270 just north of the US-62 overpass.  Unit#2 was parked or broke down on IR-270 south at the US-62 over pass. Unit#3 was standing next to the open driver's door of Unit#2. Unit#1 drove out of the marked lane of travel and struck Unit#2 in the right rear bumper. Unit#1 continued traveling south; and  struck Unit#3. Unit#3 was transported to Mount Carmel East Hospital by Mifflin Medic #132. Unit#3 was pronounced deceased at 08:08am by Doctor Victor Dizon.
