Unit 2 was crossing the street and was struck by Unit 1. Unit 1 fled the scene. Unit 2 was transported by CFD Medic 12 to Ohio State University Main Hospital in critical condition to the care of Dr. Alison Whalen. AIU responded to the scene of the accident. There were no witnesses or description of the vehicle that fled the scene after striking unit 2.
