Unit 02 was SB on Yankee Road approaching Todhunter Road and was slowing for the stop sign posted at that location. Unit 01 was also SB on Yankee Road when it passed to the right of Unit 02 at a high rate of speed; striking Unit 02 and causing critical injury to the operator of Unit 02. Unit 01 continued SB out of control before rolling; ejecting the operator of Unit 01 causing fatal injury. Unit 01 was found to have failed to have maintained control and passed on the right of Unit 02.
