Pedestrian was running from the side of the building in the parking lot at 1195 Palmetto Av; and was heading east through the parking lot. Unit #2 was stopped in the parking lot facing south. Pedestrian ran in front of unit #2 as unit #2 started to drive south. Unit #2 struck the pedestrian with the right front corner of unit #2; then ran over the pedestrian with the right side wheels.
