This accident, involving 1 vehicle occurred on Tuesday, August 16th 2022 at approximately 8:34 pm. The driver of black Harley Davidson (2003) other improper action. Injuries were reported. An officer from Fairborn Police Department was present at the scene and recorded the information contained in this report.
Unit 1 traveled northbound on S. Maple Ave. in a closed road area due to construction. Unit 1 struck a pile of gravel; went airborne; and ejected the rider. OH-2 Narrative - 2022-33262 Upon arrival; Brewer was found to be lying face down unconscious; bleeding from his head; and had labored breathing. Medics arrived and transported him to MVH. At the time of this report; Brewer's MVH status report listed him as unconcious and unresponsive with serious head trauma. Witnesses; Michael Foy Jr. and Brett Young; advised they were at the same bar as Brewer; The Chapter II bar; located at 1872 S. Maple Ave. While leaving the bar; they observed him leaving the parking lot on his motorcycle. Brewer reportedly accelerated rapidly as he traveled northbound and struck a gravel mound before going airborne and landing on the other side of it and on the pavement. S. Maple Ave. is currently under construction and only the southbound lane is open for traffic. The northbound lane is marked as closed at the intersection of E. Dayton Yellow Springs Rd. The two lanes are seperated by a series of orange construction cones down to E. Doris Dr. Across from the exit of the Chapter II bar a no right turn sign is posted atop one of the orange cones.
