Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling East on IR-275 and exited onto Hamilton Avenue via the off ramp. Unit 2 was traveling South on US-127/Hamilton Avenue. Unit 2 has the green light to proceed through the intersection Southbound. Unit 1; who had the red light; proceeded through the intersection upon exiting the highway. Unit 2 struck Unit 1 in front of the rear axle. Unit 2 was redirected Northeast in direction. Unit 1 continued East; began rotating; went off road right and overturned. Three of four occupants of Unit 2 were entrapped; one was pronounced dead at the scene.
