Unit #1 was southbound on Upton. Unit #2 pulled left in front of Unit #1 from eastbound Wellesley; Unit #1 hit Unit #2. It is unknown if Unit #2 ran the stop sign or if Unit #2 pulled from a stop and failed to yield to Unit #1. TFD was on-scene. The driver of Unit #2 was pronounced deceased at Toledo Hospital.
