Unit #1 was trying to cross IR 77 eastbound to ward exit 130. Unit #2 was northbound on IR 77 in lane #3. Unit #1 crossed in front of Unit #2 who was unable to stop in time. Unit #2 struck Unit #1 ; causing fatal injuries.
