Additional Narrative

Unit #2 was travelling e/b in the inside lane of Morse Rd approaching Colerain Ave. A pedestrian; Unit #1 ran n/b from the sidewalk area in front of 553 Morse Rd into traffic. Unit #1 ran in front of Unit #2 and was struck and run over. Unit #1 was transported to Riverside Hospital by CFD Medic #19 and pronounced by Dr. Dickson at 10:53 PM on 7/7/2022. There were no tows. Witnesses #1; #2; and #3 all stated that Unit #1 ran in front of Unit #2. Accident Investigation Unit detectives responded to the scene and determined that Unit #1 was at fault. There were no citations issued due to Unit #1 being deceased.
