UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHWEST ON S. DETROIT. UNIT 2 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON OAKWOOD. THE VEHICLES STRUCK IN THE INTERSECTION. UNIT 1 ROTATED AND CAME TO REST IN THE NORTHEAST LANES OF S. DETROIT. UNIT 2 TRAVELED SOUTHEAST; FLIPPED OVER A FENCE AND SHRUBS; LANDING ON ITS HOOD. AT THE TIME OF THE INITAL REPORT; THIS OFFICER HAS NOT DETERMINED THE AT FAULT PARTY. INVESTIGATION CONTINUES.
