Unit 1 was slowing/stopped at the signal on Mahoning. Unit 2 was approaching and rear-ended Unit 1. Unit 1 fled the scene in an unknown direction. Unit #2 had no registration and there is an active title in the name listed for ownership (Gregory). The title was issued in 2018 and there are no current listed plates for the motorcycle.
