CAR 1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH BOUND ON ROUTE 8 NORTH IN THE FAR RIGHT LANE. A WITNESS SAW CAR 1 IN THE FAR RIGHT LANE DRIVE ACROSS ALL LANES THEN HIT THE CONCRETE MEDIAN. DRIVER WAS UNCONCIOUS BUT BREATHING WHEN AN OFFICER ARRIVED ON SCENE. DRIVER WAS TRANSPOSTED BY EMS TO AKRON CITY HOSPITAL.
