Additional Narrative

Unit#1 was driving west on IR-670 west of IR-270. Unit#1 took the  IR-670 west exit ramp for Airport/Stelzer Road. Unit#1 drove off the left side of the ramp  thru a ditch and struck a tree. Unit#1 was pulling a 1998 Great Dane Trailer VIN#1GRAA0622WS060004 with a North Carolina license plate #AB53413. The Motorist got out of Unit#1 after the accident with the help of Mifflin Resuce#134. While walking out of the woods the Motorist went into cardiac arrest. The Motorist of Unit#1 was  transported to Ohio State University Hospital East by Mifflin Medic #134. Jimmy Donnell Rivers was pronounced deceased by Doctor Benjamin Ostro at 01:10 hours.
