UNIT 2 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON SR 83; PULLING TRAILER BEARING OH PLATE TQM6506. UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON SR 83 IN THE NORTHBOUND LANE. UNIT 1 AND UNIT 2 STRUCK HEAD-ON. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 WAS TRANSPORTED BY WOOSTER FD TO WOOSTER COMMUNITY HOSPITAL AND WAS LATER PRONOUNCED DECEASED. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 2 REPORTED NO INJURIES.
