Unit 1 was traveling southbound on SR 94 (State Rd) approaching the intersection of Dentzler Rd in the second lane from curb. Unit 2 was traveling northbound on SR 94 in the second lane from curb approaching the intersection of Dentzler Rd. Unit 3 was traveling northbound on SR 94 in the second lane from the curb directly behing Unit #2 approaching the intersection of Dentzler Rd. r n r nThe operator of Unit 1 exited her lane to the left; crossed the turning lane then crossed the center line and went left of center into oncoming northbound traffic; subsequently striking the front of Unit 2 head-on with the front of Unit 1. The momentum of the collision caused Unit 1 to spin clockwise causing the unit to enter the northbound curb lane. Operator of Unit #3 was changing lanes entering the northbound curb lane which she then struck Unit #1 in the driver s front with the driver s front of her unit. r n r nAll three units sustained disabling damage. The operator of Unit 2 sustained suspected minor injury and the operator of Unit 1 sustained fatal injury.
