On listed date and time Unit1 was traveling Southbound on Franklin Ave; heading towards the intersection of W. Woodruff Ave. At the same; Unit2 was traveling Eastbound on W. Woodruff Ave heading towards the intersection of Franklin Ave. Once each Unit arrived in the listed intersection; Unit 2 failed to stop for the red flashing signal and continued through the intersection. Unit1 then t-bone stuck Unit2 in the driver side door. Both Unit's then traveled in a Southeastern direction across Franklin Ave; near the intersection and into the grassy area past the side walk on the Eastern side of Franklin Ave. Unit1 continued heading in the same direction in the grassy area; struck a tree and then re-entering the roadway and then traveling all the way to 12th Street and State Street. Unit2 however; did a U-turn in the grassy; re-entered the roadway on Franklin Ave traveling Westbound across Franklin Ave traveled over the curb on the West side of Franklin Ave. At that point Unit2 traveled through the grassy area on the West side of Franklin Ave and struck a tree. After striking the tree Unit2 struck and went through a metal fence on the Northeastern corner of the TPPA Union hall property; traveled in a Western direction across the Union Hall parking lot and came to rest after striking the Northwest corner of fencing on the Union Hall property.
