This accident, involving 1 vehicle occurred on Sunday, March 27th 2022 at approximately 12:12 pm. The driver of gray Ford (2010) drove off road. Injuries were reported. An officer from Streetsboro Police Department was present at the scene and recorded the information contained in this report.

Unit 1 was traveling south-west bound on Mondial Pkwy coming from the intersection at SR-14. Unit 1 went left of center into opposing traffic; ran off the road left; and struck a tree. Both front occupants were trapped in the vehicle and the Streetsboro Fire Department used mechanical means to get both out. Both occupants were transported to UH Portage. The witness stated the vehicle was going 60-70mph but is unsure exactly where it came from. Vehicle was towed by Gateway Towing.
