Unit #1 was westbound on Killian Road; approaching 392 Killian Road. Unit #1 went off the roadway left; struck a ditch; mailbox; overturned; and struck a tree with the left side of Unit #1. Samantha Ingold; the unrestrained front passenger of the vehicle; was partially ejected into the second seating row of the vehicle; and received critical injuries as a result of the collision. Ms. Ingold succumbed to those injuries on the 25th of February 2022; at Akron General Cleveland Clinic Hospital. Joseph Sharier; the driver of the vehicle suffered apparent serious injuries as a result of the collision and was transported to Akron City Hospital.
