Unit 1 was traveling West on Mason-Morrow-Millgrove Road. After passing Halls Creek Road; Unit 1 lost control while navigating a curve and left the roadway right. Unit 1 then stuck the ditch and lastly a utility pole. The driver of Unit 1 was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead on the way to the hospital.
