This accident, involving 2 vehicles occurred on Monday, January 31st 2022 at approximately 9:51 am. The driver of black Saturn (2008) drove off road. Injuries were reported. An officer from Crosby (Township of) Police Department was present at the scene and recorded the information contained in this report.

Unit 1 was traveling eastbound River Rd. in the 6400 block.  As the operator of Unit 1 was negotiating a right bound  curve; the operator lost control. At this point; Unit 1 became vertically displaced in a counter clock-wise manner.  Unit 1 traveled off the left side of the roadway into the driveway of 6491 River Rd. in an uncontrolled manner.  Unit 1 front portion struck the front right portion of Unit 2 that was parked in the driveway of 6491 River Rd. under a car port.  Unit 2 was pushed in a easterly direction causing damage to the car port.  Unit 1 was re-directed causing the right side portion to strike a Duke Energy Pole (I42H460E H109I43RE; 139 East 9th St. Cincinnati; Oh 45202) before coming to final rest facing in a northeasterly direction.The operator of Unit 1 was pronounced deceased at the scene by Crosby Twp. EMS; and by Dr. Dean.
