On February 3; 2022 at approximately 1849 hours I; Pltm. Raykov; responded to a male in dark clothing laying in the snow along Northfield RD. When I arrived the male was laying off the side of the road and unconscious and appeared to have been hit by a car. I could not locate a pulse and started chest compressions. EMS was called and when the Accident Investigation Unit arrived the scene was turned over to them. r n r nSee incident report number 2201985.
