PHYSICAL EVIDENCE AND WITNESS STATEMENTS INDICATE UNIT #1 WAS EASTBOUND ON IR 70 JUST EAST OF BRICE RD TRAVELING AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. UNIT #1 WENT OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY; DOWN AND EMBANKMENT AND FLIPPED MULTIPLE TIMES. DRIVER #1 (ONLY KNOWN OCCUPANT) WAS EJECTED. DRIVER #1 WAS TRANSPORTED BY TOURO TOWNSHIP MEDIC 162 TO MT. CARMEL EAST MEDICAL CENTER. DRIVER #1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT 8:28 PM. ACCIDENT INVESTIGATORS RESPONDED TO PROCESS THE SCENE.
